Ticket/Pass Information

Ticket/Pass Description
One Way Tickets One Way Tickets are valid for only 1 ride between any two dock locations.
All Day Passes All day passes are good for to use for the entire day, and you may ride any route as many times as you please. Each person must have their own all day pass as these cannot be shared among other riders.
10 Ride Passes Ten Ride Passes are good for 10 rides to or from any dock location and may be used across multiple people as well. Please note that Monday thru Friday Ten Ride Passes are $20.00 ($2.00 per ride). On Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays Ten Ride Passes are $50.00 ($5.00 per ride).
31 Day Passes 31 Day passes are good for 31 days after the first use and you may ride as many times as you please within those 31 days.

Tickets can also be purchased at our ticket booths and ticket kiosks located at the Ogilvie/Union Stop or Michigan Avenue Stop. Tickets can be purchased with credit or debit card on board any Chicago Water Taxi. Cash is not accepted on board the water taxis.
